It has been a while since some of us have been in communication. There are now 18 private 3x3 Tropicana regions, that relates to 162 Second Life sized sims. This represents a significant contribution to the wider Tropicana family which now stands at 461 single regions, giving us a grand total of 623 regions in land mass. In Second Life this would be a mainland.
The upkeep of the regions in the main hub requires a lot of effort and dedication and with a strong team now behind us it is time to look towards the needs of the private regions too. Whilst many of you enjoy your own autonomy and just share a name it is sometime nice to know that you have others behind you.
To this aim we have created a Tropicana Private Regions Group which initially will meet once a month to look at promoting your regions, helping with any issues that you may have, the sharing of ideas and more than anything else, some friends to share your experiences with.
The first meeting of the Tropicana Private Regions group will take place at 12 pm PDT on Saturday 16th September at Tropicana Misty Isle. Thereafter regular meetings will take place at different private regions by arrangement.
Initially meetings are to take place once a month but this may change depending on demand. This is your group so your input is very much valued and appreciated.
