Wouldn't it be great if the HG Safari Tours could come back each week as a regular event. Each and every Wednesday, a group of intrepid travellers would get together and explore the Hypergrid together. Things have improved in opensim with regard to teleporting and we experience less crashes and complications.
Would the original founders be prepared to start this up again? Would anyone be prepared to help them?
There is also an exploration-group in Virtualdream grid. Still a fun and nice idea.
I remember when we traveled around with Pathfinder, and even was able to jump from and to SL. The airport was such a place. Sure there was lot fails, and we never knew how we would arrive at destination. Still lot of fun, i wish plenty succes to new groups like this, should be mandatory for newcomers from SL during the first week in opensim. 😂
